We are excited to have you back for our re-opening! As we enter this new phase of business, we would like to inform you of our increased safety measures implemented inside the salon. We are taking the pandemic seriously, and want to ensure you that we are going above and beyond the mandatory requirements and best practices set forth by the state.
Curbside waiting service
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. When you arrive please call the salon at 419-885-1140.
We kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle until the message is received. We ask that you please come alone to your appointment unless you need a caregiver or a guardian to accompany you.
Health Screening & Temperature
Upon entering, you will be asked a short health questionnaire and have your temperature taken. If there is a temperature of 100.1 or higher or if there are indicators on your health screening, we will have to decline your service and will happily reschedule your appointment for a different time.
If your temperature is normal, you will be provided a disposable mask that you are required to wear during your visit with us. If you brought your own mask, you may use that instead. We ask that you wear your mask through the duration of your service unless otherwise instructed by the technician. We also ask that you enter the salon with the bare minimum of personal belongings. We want to prevent exposure on as many surfaces as possible.
Our salon is taking extreme precautions when it comes to maintaining a clean and social distant environment. We have installed barriers between the stations to help provide peace of mind for clients and staff. The time we usually use to blow-dry will instead be used to focus on sanitation between services for extensive disinfection. We will have hand sanitizer placed throughout the salon and staff cleaning high-touch areas every half hour.
At this time, our salon will NOT be offering:
- Vichy showers
- Brazilian Blowouts & Blow-drys
A few more things to note:
- Our services are by appointment ONLY.
- We are now open from 7am to 10pm.
- Anyone who is high risk or elderly can schedule a 7am appointment.
- Our staff is working in shifts to ensure safety at all times therefore, your usual technician may have changed their shifts in order to follow new guidelines.
If you would like to purchase retail products, your technician or a desk staff member will be happy to retrieve the products for you. All payments will be made electronically as we are not accepting cash at this time. At checkout, there will be a $3 Covid-19 fee per guest/per day. This fee helps the salon cover the cost of masks, barriers and other safety protocols that benefit our guests and help us adhere to the social distancing guidelines.
